PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing plant collagen, salycilic acid or glycolic acid and seaweed extract is provided to effectively peel skin keratin layer and prevent pigmentation. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains 85~99.0 weight% of phyto-collagen, 0.5-5.0 weight% of salycilic acid, and 0.5-10.0 weight% of seaweed extract. 0.5-1.0 weight% of glycolic acid is contained instead of the salycilic acid. The plant collagen is obtained by fermenting Natto gum to produce real collagen.
