PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink backflow preventer composition for a writing utensil that can satisfy backflow preventing performance, ink follow-up performance and impact resistance performance, further suppress ink from adhering to an inner wall face of an ink storage tube, and has excellent visible performance and temporal stability and high practicability.SOLUTION: An ink backflow preventer composition for a writing utensil is arranged on a rear end face of ink directly stored in an ink storage tube of a writing utensil and moves forward as the ink is consumed.
