The present invention relates to a device for manufacturing a shaft wherein a helical spline is formed including a dice having a cavity hole with a size corresponding to a diameter of the shaft and a punch unit pressing the shaft to penetrate the shaft through the cavity hole. The helical spline wherein a spiral protrusion unit is formed can be formed in the inner circumference of the cavity hole. The device for manufacturing the shaft wherein the helical spline is formed is capable of forming the helical spline by pressing the shaft after inserting the shaft into the dice wherein the protrusion unit with a preset size and a preset shape is formed, thereby being simplified and reducing the risk of defects.
