The system has a transmission bowl (11) for transmitting engine torque to a rotating element (1). A gear unit (12) is secured into the rotating element. Another gear unit (13) is secured into the bowl. The gear units are arranged for ensuring the transmission of the torque between the bowl and the rotating element in a gearing position. Each gear unit presents a magnetization forming a magnetic pattern that includes an angular alternation of north and south poles, where the magnetic patterns are arranged to confer magnetic attraction between the gear units toward the gearing position.
