Milk casein solubilisation with sodium citrate - mfr of solid prod used as medical/veterinary serum

Casein in skimmed milk (opt. restored from milk powder) is dissolved by addn. of sodium citrate (soln) as in parent patent to produce a clear liq. used for cosmetic purposes which is evaporated to obtain a pulverulent product easier to transport and store. Alternatively powdered skimmed milk is mixed with powdered sodium citrate in a ratio of 6:1 to 2:1. The mixt. can be used in prepn. of serum for medical and veterinary purposes (esp. a milk powder sodium citrate: water ratio of 6:9:91).
