PURPOSE:To provide a kit for preparing adhesive composition for soft tissue of body in which the components are stored in separated containers before use and they can be admixed to give an adhesive composition which comprises one acrylic ester selected from the group of the specified acrylic ester and the derivative of the specific acrylic ester, an acrylate compound, a polymer of the acrylate compound, and polymerization initiator, wherein an adhesive can arrest the bleeding rapidly when applied to trauma and to mask it with a forming film during the healing period which come off spontaneously afterward. CONSTITUTION:A kit 1 for preparing an adhesive for soft tissue of organism contains containers 2-4 which stock the adhesive components separately. The adhesive composition is composed of at least one acrylic acid ester selected from the group of acrylic acid ester having acid-anhydride radical being represented by the general formula I and derivative of the acrylic ester having the general formula II, an acrylate compound, a polyacrylate, and polymerization initiator. In the general formulae I and II, n is an integer of from 2 to 6, R<1> represents hydrogen or alkyl having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, R<2> represents hydrogen or alkyl having 1 to 4 carbon atoms or carboxyl, R<3> represents hydrogen or alkyl having 1 to 4 carbon atoms with the proviso that when one R<3> is alkyl, the other is hydrogen. |
