The invention relates to a supplementary feed for pigeons which contains maize and carrots. According to the invention, the supplementary feed exists as approximately spherical croquettes produced by extrusion cooking. In addition to the main constituents maize and carrots, the croquettes also contain rice and iron(II, III) mixed oxide as colorant additive.
