<p>PURPOSE:To provide a stably high fusion strength even when the resin on the tube surface is not ground off or no special tube is used in executing the electro- fusion. CONSTITUTION:A body formed of the thermo-plastic resin and an electro-fusion joint are fitted to each other, the surfaces to be joined of the joint and the body formed of the thermo-plastic resin are fused by the electrification of this joint, and the surfaces to be joined are mutually slid by moving the joint of the body formed of the thermo-plastic resin to be fixed until the fused surfaces to be joined are solidified. When the surfaces to be joined are mutually slid during the joining work, the resin in the interface of the fusion is stirred and flowed to promote the mutual diffusion and the entanglement of the resin molecules of the joint and the body formed of the thermo-plastic resin, and the resin in the interface of the joint and the body formed of the thermo-plastic resin which is not continuous before fusion is homogenized to the same degree as that of each base material. This provides the high fusion strength.</p> |
