Upper seat belt anchor point - has stop which adjusts automatically to follow seat horizontal slide movement

The seat belt consists of a single diagonal strap (3) with one end attached to a retractor mechanism (5) fitted to the side of seat (1). The other end with fitting (6) is attached to runner (7) travelling in guide rail (8). When the belt is in use, the runner is in the vertical leg of the rail (8), and by moving it into the horizontal part of the rail the belt is in a released condition. In the "in use" position the runner (7) is engaged in a stop (11) with several notches working together with locking mechanism (9).
