CONSTITUTION:This frozen rice for instant cooking is frozen in a state that raw rice has absorbed water. The absorbed water is 25% or more. It is frozen in a state that the water equivalent to the evaporating quantity on cooking and the water required for alpha-transition are added in addition to the raw rice with absorbed water.
