PURPOSE:To enhance serviceability, by enabling hot water to be supplied also by utilizing waste heat at the time of cooling, in a control circuit for performing cooling, heating and hot water supplying operations by changing over two four-way valves and two two-way valves. CONSTITUTION:In the heating opeation, a refrigerant is fed out form a compressor 1, is passed through the four-way valve 2, an interior heat exchanger 6, the two-way valve 9, an exterior heat exchanger 5 and the four-way valve 3, and is returned to the compressor 1. In the cooling operation, the refrigerant is fed out from the compressor 1, is passed through the four-way valves 2, 3 and the exterior heat exchanger 5, and is returned to the compressor 1. In the hot water supplying operation, the refrigerant is circulated in the order of the compressor 1, the four-way valves 2, 3, a water heat exchanger 4, the two-way valve 9, the exterior heat exchanger 5, the four-way valve 3 and the compressor 1. In the hot water supplying operation utilizing the waste heat of cooling, the refrigerant is circulated in the order of the compressor 1, the four-way valves 2, 3, the water heat exchanger 4, the two-way valve 8, the interior heat exchanger 6, the four-way valve 2 and the compressor 1. This control is performed by a change-over switch for cooling and heating, thermostats for cooling and heating, etc. |
