PURPOSE:To obtain a sharp image low in fog and superior in resolution, by adding a perylene deriv. to a toner as a photoconductive pigment. CONSTITUTION:A perylene derivative represented by the general formula shown in which R1, R2 are each methyl, ethyl, metoxy, ethoxy, or dimethyl phenyl is added to the toner as a photoconductive pigment. This pigment is dispersed into a binder as particles or molecules, and after pulverization, classified to 5-30mum, and granulated. |
