PURPOSE:To accurately detect the diameter of a pinhole and to enhance the reliability of a measured value, by providing a rotary disk with a pinhole and a rotary disk with an orifice for a pinhole dividing code having the same rotary shaft and simultaneously rotating with the former disk. CONSTITUTION:An orifice 33a for the dividing code of a pinhole 29a with a diameter of 0.1mm. is provided to a rotary disk 30 with a pinhole and a rotary disk 32 with an orifice for a pinhole dividing cord connected to said disc 30 by a shaft 31 and orifices 33b-33d for the dividing codes of the pinholes 29b-29d are provided thereto and so forth. A photoelectric element 34 generates the electric signal of the code corresponding to each of the orifices 33a-33d for the dividing codes. This signal is transmitted to an interface 36 and a personal computer 37 through a signal line 35. Therefore, when the rotary disk 30 with the pinhole is rotated by a handle 38 and the pinhole 29b with the diameter of 0.2mm. is aligned with a light axis 39, the personal computer 37 prescribes the pinhole diameter as 0.2mm. to do over the calculations of the MTF value of the pinhole and the MTF value of a lens. |
