PURPOSE:To keep pressure in an inner tank constant at all times, and to generate a high uniform magnetic field stably for a prolonged time by mounting an adjusting valve, which operates so that the pressure difference of a recovery line is made constant while using a vacuum in an outer tank as reference pressure, to the recovery line. CONSTITUTION:An adjusting valve 10 fitted to a recovery line 5 operates when pressure in an inner tank 2 exceeds a set value while employing a vacuum in an outer tank 4 as reference pressure. When the operating pressure of the adjusting valve 10 is set at the upper limit of pressure where pressure in the recovery line 5 varies by the starting and stopping of a compressor 7, pressure in the inner tank 2 is kept constant at all times at the ceiling value of the pressure variation of the recovery line 5. Accordingly, pressure in the inner tank 2 is held stably at a fixed value, thus continuously acquiring a high uniform magnetic field. |
