PURPOSE:To obtain a light transmission waveform in a state where ringing is suppressed without extending fall time on the light transmission waveform by simplifying circuit constitution. CONSTITUTION:When an out-fitted resistor 4 including a finite para-sitic inductance component is connected in parallel with a serial connection body consisting of a semiconductor laser 2 and a damping resistor 3, inductance in the whole parallel connection body can be remarkably reduced observing from a driving circuit 1 side compared with the case where no resistor 4 is connected, therefore, the light transmission waveform in the state where the ringing is suppressed can be obtained without extending the fall time on the light transmission waveform by simplifying the circuit constitution. |
