PURPOSE:To deliver adhered dust by handing a multi-layer filter at its top and widening the multi-layer filter toward its end by means of contact and release movement of a filter presser foot. CONSTITUTION:A multi-layer filter 1 consisting of a plurality of laminated net-shaped filters 1-1 is hung down from a casing 3 at its top by a bracket 2. On the upstream side of the multi-layer filter 1, a filter retainer 8 pressing the multi-layer filter 1 is mounted on a shaft 9 pivoting freely and can be moved forward and backward by a cylinder installed outside a frame. Accordingly, when dust is delivered, the filter retainer 8 is released with fluid G1 containing dust being shut off. By the elasticity of the filter itself, the multi-layer filter 1 is widened toward the end to widen the intervals of respective net-shaped filters 1-1 and dust is shaken off.
