The domestic oven (1) which is built into a range of kitchen units, is underneath a hob (12) covered by a ceramic plate (11). An outlet opening (4) at the back of the top (3) of the oven is in line with a flanged sleeve (5) through the top insulation layer (2) holding a vertical connecting tube (8) with its funnel shaped top (9) fitting inside a sleeve (13) passing through the bottom of the hob and also through the ceramic plate. The top sleeve terminates in a horizontal flange with a sloping side (15) supporting it on the ceramic plate.
