PURPOSE:To provide a mount bracket of a vibration-proof rubber bush which is assuredly prevented from being cracked even when it has a joint part having a complicated shape, and a method for manufacturing said mount bracket. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical part 31 and a joint part 32 are provided. In the cylindrical part 31, a vibration-proof rubber bush is to be set. The joint part 32 consists of a pair of leg parts 32a and 32b. The leg parts 32a and 32b are expanded so as to sandwich an overall width penetrating slit 38 formed by cool forging so as to extend from the cylindrical part 31, and are to be fixed to other member by bolts, etc. |
