PURPOSE:To prevent an eddy-generating body and an electrode from being influenced by oscillation of a duct line, by employing such a structure that amounts of distortions of the eddy-generating body and the electrode to oscillation of the duct line are almost equalized on the average within area of the electrode. CONSTITUTION:A mechanical oscillation which vibrates a duct line 1 entirely influences an eddy-generating body 2 and an electrode 5 and displaces them. As distortion of the electrode 5 is varied by weight of a weight to be installed on the electrode, weight of the weight 7 is adjusted so that amounts of the distortion at all the sections of the eddy-generating body 2 are almost equalized, whereby mutual relative displacements become minimized. If amounts of distortion at all the sections of the eddy-generating body 2 and the electrode 5 are almost equalized by using this structure, the mechanical oscillation which influences the duct line 1 entirely distorts the eddy-generating body 2 and the electrode 5 equally, as a result, capacities C1 and C2 to be formed betweem side walls of electrodes 51 and 52 and also an indentation 21 become able to be maintained at a constant value at all times. And therefore, it is possible to prevent them from being influenced by oscillation of the duct line. |
