The method for controlling the brushless DC motor with the compared value difference between the instantaneously induced over-current and the reference in the driving circuit includes the steps of: (a) comparing the measuring value (Ia) with a first setting one (Iref1); (b) comparing it with a second setting value (Iref2) if the measuring value is greater than the first setting one; and (c) cutting off the motor power and displaying the status if the measuring value is greater than the second value.
