SOLENOID VALVE, DEVICE FOR DISTRIBUTING CRYOGENIC LIQUID, AND APPLICATION THEREOF TO PACKAGE PLANT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively apply at a low temperature, and to remarkably shorten a reaction time, by comprising several actuators which are designed in such manner that an operating means selectively closes one of passages. SOLUTION: The liquid nitrogen is kept into contact with a hole 23 of a valve body 14 under a proper overpressure when it is supplied. All actuators 14 are closed in the first stage. When a solenoid valve is properly cooled, the actuators 15 are periodically opened in order by a control means, and this operation is synchronized on the basis of a signal from a sensor which continuously detects the passage of the bottles. Further the pressure gas is sent to an inlet of an outlet duct 24 through a tube 17 and a bore 26, at a time between two continuous opening operations. Whereby the liquid nitrogen is pushed out downward in a condition that it is divided into uniform doses of liquid nitrogen equal to the volume of the outlet duct 24.
