FIELD: railway transport; building and repair of railways; vehicle wheel flange lubricators. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has tank for lubricant, plunger pump, pipeline laid to pump, and lubricating member. Device has slider-crank mechanism whose crank is coupled with wheelset axle of vehicle and slider is coupled with pump plunger. Lubricating members are secured on unsprung parts of railway vehicle. EFFECT: simplified design, enhanced reliability. 2 dwg
