PURPOSE:To reduce a size and weight of an engine by providing a power steering pump on a cylinder head together with a distributor. CONSTITUTION:A driving gear 8 is installed on an axial one end of a cam shaft 6 which is journalled by a cylinder head 4. A distributor case 16 is installed on the axial one end of the cam shaft 6 of the cylinder head 4 so as to cover the driving gear 8. In the distributor case, a distributor 20 is arranged, while the driving gear 8 is meshed with a driven gear 24 provided on a distributor shaft 22. A power steering pump 28 is installed on the cylinder head 4 through the distributor case 16. A driven projection 34 formed on a pump shaft 32 is fitted to a driving recession 12 of the driving gear 8. Interlocking driving is performed by the rotation of the cam shaft 6. |
