CONSTITUTION: The interactive toy is characterized in that: the voice stored and the actions set in advance is output according to the controlling signal inserted into an order packet after receiving the order packet inserted into a controlling signal and a data packet inserted an audio signal and analyzing the order packet or the data packet; and then the audio signal inserted into a data packet is output.
