PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for hygienic measurement, which can reduce loads for each food processing factory to measure its own hygienic conditions. SOLUTION: The system for hygienic measurement, which is registered with food processing factories 30, manages the hygienic information collected from the factories 30 and uses effectively the information has a hygienic information management server 11 and a measurement instrument 31. The measurement instrument 31 conducts a sanitary check for the hygienic conditions of each factory 30 and sends results of the checked data (hygienic information) to the hygienic information management server 11. |
