Further, P channel MOSFETPM2 and PM3 and N channel MOSFETNM2 and NM3 constituting a feedback resistor Rf and an inverter INV2 which transmits its output signal to a post-stage circuit are arranged close to, while symmetrically, the P channel MOSFETPN1 and N channel MOSFETNM1.</p> |
