PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile object communication system in which waste at the time of reconnection is eliminated in the case that the same users continuously connect a line. SOLUTION: In the mobile object communication system comprising mobile terminal equipment carried by the user, a base station for radio-communicating with the mobile terminal equipment and a communication network for connecting the base stations with each other, a monitoring device for monitoring devices connected through the communication network is provided. When a call is originated from the mobile terminal equipment, in the case that it is within prescribed time from the communication of the previous time of the mobile terminal equipment, the monitoring device decides transmission power from the base station to the mobile terminal equipment of the communication of this time corresponding to a calling destination.
