PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication system which can grasp the position of a mobile terminal of users of the large number at a host apparatus side even when many and unspecified users' location registrations are wished in the outside of the coverage area of a base station. SOLUTION: The mobile terminal 10-1 sends out a location registration request in the outside of the coverage area of the base station apparatus 20. This location registration request is received by the mobile terminals 10-2 and 10-3. If the mobile terminal 10-2 out of the coverage area receives the location registration request, it transmits it to the other mobile terminals. When the mobile terminal 10-3 in the coverage area receives the registration request, it transmits it to the base station apparatus 20. The base station apparatus 20 informs the received location registration request to a host apparatus 30, the host apparatus 30 deduces the position of the mobile terminal 10-1 which sent out the location registration request, and registers the deduced position.
