PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit capable of realizing with a small power consumption, a peak hold circuit and an output buffer amplifier used for a nuclear medical diagnosis device. SOLUTION: This radiation detection circuit connected to the output side of a semiconductor detector 9, for inputting a current pulse signal LA having the intensity corresponding to incident energy of a radiation from the semiconductor detector 9, and detecting an input timing of the current pulse signal LA, has characteristics wherein an output of an analog signal VE1 having the intensity corresponding to the incident energy is put into the on-state by using a signal VT showing the input timing as a trigger, and the output of the analog signal VE1 is put into the off-state by using a signal from a digital operation circuit 18 connected to the output side of the radiation detection circuit as a trigger.
