PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an EMI (Electro Magnetic Interference) measuring method and an EMI measuring tool capable of quick EMI measurement, concerning the EMI measuring method and the EMI measuring tool for an information technology device such as a personal computer or a printer. SOLUTION: A conductor 14 is brought into contact with a circuit board (electric circuit) 13, thereby converting electromagnetic energy on a spot in contact with the circuit board 13 into a large electromagnetic wave efficiently.
