A PROCESS OF LOESS PANNEL HEATER IN APPLICATION OF COTTON MESH HEATING MATERIALS

A process of a loess panel heater in application of cotton mesh heating materials is provided to prevent short-circuit of hotwire and improve heat efficiency and endurance. A loess panel heater(100) manufacturing method comprises a step of layering loess mixture on a base panel; a step of layering a crack preventive reinforcing fiber, loess mixture, fiber yarn enforcement electrical conductor, loess mixture, a crack prevention reinforcing fiber, and loess mixture; and a step of leveling the loess mixture and drying it. The loess panel heater emits heat by electric property. The loess heating panel employs the fiber yarn enforcement electrical conductor as a heating element. Loess is employed as an insulation material.
