PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a movement of blood flow or the like by a simple construction in a mechanical scanning method. SOLUTION: A transmitting signal that is controlled from a controller 7 and output at a transmitting circuit 6 is added to an ultrasonic piezoelectric transducer 1 through a transmitting and receiving changing circuit 2 and radiated to the inside of a body. An echo that is reflected from the inside of the body is received again by the ultrasonic piezoelectric transducer 1, and a signal processing is performed at a received signal processing circuit 20 for B mode imaging and a received signal processing circuit 30 for detecting movement respectively through the transmitting and receiving changing circuit 2. Each output data of the received signal processing circuit 20 for B mode and the received signal processing circuit 30 for detecting movement is coordinate transformed at a DSC 4 as well as displayed on a display 5 as a placed image simultaneously.
