Canned food is manufactured by cutting and blanching of potatoes, apples, tomatoes and olives, blanching and cutting of carrot, cutting and freezing of cress and coriander leaves, cutting of sturgeon and gherkins, mixing the above mentioned components without oxygen access with table salt and calcium lactate, packing the obtained mix and sour cream, hermetic sealing and sterilisation. ^ EFFECT: production of canned food with increased assimilability. |
