PURPOSE:To allow discrimination between pass and fail of a printed circuit board by shifting the angle of trimming groove of a semifixed resistor automatically only for a failed printed board using a driver for trimming the volume of the semifixed resistor. CONSTITUTION:The function test equipment 8 for printed board comprises a driver 3 for trimming the volume of a semifixed resistor 1, a motor 4 for rotating the driver 3, a section 5 for moving the driver 3 and the motor 4 up and down, a pin board 6 for conducting electrically with a printed board 2, and a section 7 for controlling the electrical function test and the rotation of the motor 4, wherein the function test is effected according to an inspection program. When the test is failed, the driver 3 is operated to incline the trimming groove 1a of the semifixed resistor 1 automatically by 45 deg. thus allowing discrimination between pass and tail of the printed board 2. |
