Provided is an apparatus for producing a radius of a strong wind and storm of a typhoon using satellite data of the Chullian satellite, comprising: an ADT producing the center and strength of the typhoon by analyzing the satellite data of the Chullian satellite; a symmetrical wind speed unit producing a symmetrical strong wind radius and a symmetrical storm radius by using the center location and strength provided by the ADT; a nonsymmetrical wind speed unit producing a nonsymmetrical wind field using the symmetrical strong wind radius and the symmetrical storm radius provided by the symmetrical wind speed unit and producing a nonsymmetrical strong wind/storm radii using the same; and an information display unit which displays the produced strong wind/storm radii.
