The present invention relates to an apparatus to produce a pipe with a thickness variation and a method to produce the same to produce the pipe without a joint and a welding process. More specifically, a drawing apparatus of the pipe without the joint to skip the welding process is provided to adjust a thickness variation by allowing movement of a mandrel (09) in a forward and a backward direction, and drawing by molds having desired diameters by arranging multi-layer drawing molds to allow movement of the upper molds (01, 03, 05, 07) and simultaneously moving the lower molds (02, 04, 06, 08) to control both the thickness and diameter. As such, the apparatus is able to freely adjust the diameter and the thickness of the pipe using the drawing molds and the mandrel, and is capable of simultaneously forming the pipe having various diameters and thicknesses without changing the drawing mold. |
