PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high strength steel sheet for can suitable as a can body of three-piece can executed with an expanding process and having TS:over 400 MPa.SOLUTION: There is provided a high strength steel sheet for can having a component composition containing, by mass%, C:0.05 to 0.10%, Si:0.02% or less, Mn:0.2 to 1.0%, P:0.02% or less, S:0.020% or less, Al:0.01 to 0.10%, N:0.005% or less, Mo:0.01 to 0.50%, B:0.0002 to 0.0050% and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities, tensile strength of over 400 MPa and post-aging Y-EI which is yield elongation after aging by holding at 210°C for 75 seconds of 2.0% or less. |
