PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a haptic feedback device capable of providing a user with superior haptic sensations by making it easy to both generate and converge vibration.SOLUTION: As shown in Fig.1(a) and 1(b), a haptic feedback device 1 roughly comprises: a touch pad 2 that detects manipulation made on a manipulation surface 20; a vibration imparting unit 3 that imparts vibration to the manipulation surface 20 based on the manipulation detected by the touch pad 2; and vibration converging units 4 configured to allow the vibration imparting unit 3 to impart vibration to the manipulation surface 20 in a first mode, and to converge residual vibration of the manipulation surface 20 after the vibration impartment is terminated in a second mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
