PURPOSE:To dispense with a posterior correction by checking interference in one working head by the other working head in the action time in every one action unit of the working head and combining the time required for retracting action, when two working heads whose action areas are partially overlapped each other are provided. CONSTITUTION:A working device 10, in which installation work of electric parts to an electric circuit base board is carried out, is provided with a base board conveying device 13 and the first and the second parts supplying devices 14, 15 arranged on both sides of the base board conveying device 13. The parts are installed to the electric circuit base board by means of working heads 50, 51 supported freely movably in beams 24, 25 arranged above the base board conveying device 13. In this work, the working head provided with a smaller action time accumulated value is selected, and the action contents of the following step of the selected working head and a time required for this action contents are found. Then, comparison with the action contents of the other working head is carried out, and if mutual interference in the working heads is generated, one of the working heads is retracted, and the required time for the retracting action is added to the action time accumulated value of the working head. |
