<p>PURPOSE:To surely repair the defective part of piping in a short time without suspending the operation of the equipment. CONSTITUTION:Clamping members 1 and 2 which are formed to each half divided cylindrical shape having the inside diameter dimension larger than the outside diameter of a pipe (a) and have the arcuate collar members 1a and 2a which have the inside diameter dimension larger than the outside diameter of the pipe (a) and are installed on the inside of both the end parts in the axial direction are provided, and on the inner peripheral surfaces of the collar members 1a and 2a, half-divided ring-shaped seal members 6 and 7 are inscribed in the peripheral direction, projecting in the diameter direction of the pipe (a). Both the clamping members 1 and 2 are externally fitted in each airtight form so as to cover the outer peripheral surface of the defective part (b) of the pipe (a), and in the space 3 formed between the outer peripheral surface of the defective part (b) of the pipe (a), inner peripheral surfaces of the clamping members 1 and 2, and the side surface of the seal member 6, the pipe (a) is repaired by pouring and filling a fillar 25 from a filler pouring pipe 10 arranged on the clamping member 2 on the lower side, discharging air in the space 3 from the air vent pipes 12, 20, and 14 which are arranged properly on the clamping members 1 and 2.</p> |
