PURPOSE:To realize a small-size purifying and heat insulating unit for bath water and to provide a heating and purifying device for bath water having excellent heat exchanging performance and purifying performance for bath water. CONSTITUTION:This purifying and heating device for bath water is equipped with a heating and purifying tank 4 in a purifying and heat insulating unit 1. The heating and purifying tank 4 is equipped with a filter part 5 and a filtering member 7 integrated in one body and a heat exchanger 12 on the bottom and side walls so that bath water is purified and heated or maintained at const. temp. while the water is circulated with a circulating pump 10.
