PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize received power from a commercial power system, by operating to lower the revolutions command value in response to differential power when the received power has fallen below a target value of the lowest received power to reduce generating power of a generator, thereby accelerating control of the generating power. SOLUTION: If the received power detected by a received power detector 15 is larger than a target value of the lowest received power, an output of a subtracter in a correction signal generator 13 is positive. Thus, an output of a functional circuit becomes zero, and no correction signal is generated. If the received power becomes a target value or lower of the lowest received power, an output of the subtracter becomes negative, and a signal responsive to the value is outputted from the functional circuit. The correction signal is generated by a signal obtained by integrating the signal by an integrating amplifier, and a rotational speed command value of a governor 8 is reduced. Accordingly, the received power is recovered. The correction signal is increased until generating power is recovered to the target value of the lowest received power, and then maintained at its value after the recovery, and hence the received power can be held at the target value. |
