PURPOSE:To prevent a rare-earth element magnetic powder on a magnet surface from being released and falling off easily and enable dimensional accuracy to be improved highly by dipping a binder 2 containing a specific composition into a gap of a forming cured object which is obtained by a binder 1 which contains a rare-earth element magnetic powder, an epoxy resin, and a pyridine induction body. CONSTITUTION:A binder 2 which contains an epoxy resin with at least two epoxy groups within a molecule, a (meta) acrylate compound, an imdazole compound, and a radical polymerization initiator is dipped into a gap of a forming cured object which is obtained from a binder 1 which contains a rare- earth element magnetic powder, an epoxy resin which is solid at room temperature, and a pyridine induction body with at least one hydroxy group within a molecule which is an inactive curing agent for epoxy resin and a curing accelerating agent. A formed object which is obtained by performing press formation of a composition which consists of the rare-earth element magnetic powder and the binder 1 is heated and the binder 1 is cured. Then, the binder 2 is dipped into the gap of the obtained forming cured object and heating is further performed for curing. |
