PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable uniform printing by preventing uneven ink supply to a printing plate by a method in which an ink roller is brought into contact with the surface of the printing plate, moved between it and a refuge device separated from the surface of the printing plate, and stopped at a refuge position when moved. SOLUTION: An ink supply apparatus 20a including an ink roller 71, an ink pot 72, and others is constituted to be swingable between an opposite position opposite to the first plate cylinder 11 from the first plate cylinder 11 and a separated position. Therefore, after the replacement and cleaning of the roller 71 and the pot 72 being done at the separated position and the apparatus 20a, before being transferred to an opposite position, is moved from the separation position to the opposite position with a stopper left as a fixed state. Since rotation is prevented in this state, it is left to be fixed at a refuge position so that each ink attaching roller is separated from the surface of a printing plate. Therefore, uneven supply of ink can be prevented without direct contact with the printing plate. |
