<p>PURPOSE:To entrust the publication of a card to a card publisher and to easily enlarge an immediate publishing window by providing a room for recording the second character string determined by a credit card supplier as the one inherent to the first character string. CONSTITUTION:An immediate publishing card is supplied to a credit loan company before supplied to each member store. At this point of time, since the first character string is recorded but the second character string is not recorded, even when the password number of user is recorded or a user subscribes his name to the surface of the card, the card can not be used as a credit card. When a user requests the publication of the immediate publishing card in the member store, the user enters necessary items in an application and the shopman of the member store confirms the user himself on the basis on his license to inform the content of the necessary items to the credit loan company on the spot. The credit loan company performs an inquiry into the financial status on the basis of the information and gives the second character string of meaning permitting the publication of the immediate publishing card. Then, the second character string is recorded in the member store by the magnetic recording apparatus arranged to the member store.</p> |
