A hollow fiber membrane is manufactured by spinning a spinning solution from a nozzle(A) in the center, an inner part coagulating agent from a nozzle(B) in the outside of the nozzle(A), an outer part coagulating agent from a nozzle in the outside of the nozzle(B). A diameter and a length of the nozzles satisfy the following equation. (1) D1<D2<D3 [D1=a diameter of the nozzle(A), D2= a diameter of the nozzle of the spinning solution, D3= a diameter of the nozzle(B) . (2) D3-D2 = 0.01-20 mm. (3) D1 = 0.1-1.5 mm. (4) (D3-D2)>=(D2-D1) or (D3-D2) < (D2-D1). (5) L1=L2. (6) (L3-L2) or (L2-L3) = 0.01-20 mm [L1= a length of the nozzle of the spinning solution, L2= a length of the nozzle(A), L3= a length of the nozzle(B) .
