PURPOSE:To obtain a stable oscillation output independently of the precision of a fixed position of a dielectric resonator by forming a microstrip line provided on a dielectric board to be L-shaped and arranging the dielectric resonator in the inside of the L-shaped line. CONSTITUTION:A microstrip line 2 provided on a board is formed to be L- shaped and a dielectric resonator 1 is arranged in the inside of the L-shaped line. One end of the microstrip line 2 is connected to a termination resistor 3 and another end is connected to an active element. An electric length from the active element (MSFET) to a coupling section of the dielectric resonator 1 is selected to be an odd number of multiple of a 1/4 wavelength equivalent to an oscillating frequency. Thus, a characteristic change slows down to a fixed position of the dielectric resonator in comparison with a conventional embodiment and an area from which an oscillating output is obtained by e.g. 9dBm or over is expanded and the permissible range is widened. Thus, the precision of the fixed position of the dielectric resonator is not a big problem. |
