Supply of liquid or gaseous sample and its spectrographic analysis

A sample (30) is supplied from a reservoir (13) for spectrographic analysis in a unit (40). The sample container (11) is made of glass, plastic or stainless steel dependent on the internal pressure it must withstand. This pressure varies from vacuum to 1000 bar. It will have a circular or square cross-section. The container and connector block (14) are joined permanently. A supply line (12) screws into the block. A number of valves and pressure gauges in the supply line regulate the pressure under which the analysis is carried out. The container slips into the spectrometer (41) through a hole (44). The spectrometer is preferably an NMR spectrometer. A computer (42) evaluates the results.
