PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply fill all capillary columns being included into a capillary cassette with gel. SOLUTION: When gel is filled by reducing pressure inside a chamber, gel solution is stored into a detection-side gel container 29a. A detection-side cassette holder is fixed to a means 7 for fixing the detection-side cassette holder so that the tip of the detection side of a capillary column can be dipped into the gel solution in the detection-side gel container 29a. A sample-injection-side cassette holder is fixed to an acryl plate 3a by a clamp 11, the clamp 11 is clamped for pressing against silicone sponge 13 and is adhesively fixed to the acryl plate 3a for closing the inside of the chamber 3. The pressure is reduced inside the chamber by a pump 19 for reducing the pressure inside the capillary column, and the gel solution is simultaneously sucked from the tip of the detection side of all capillary columns. |
