<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a taxi allocating system capable of rationalizing a taxi allocating center business and a taxi driving business and realizing the efficiency of operations by allowing a person who wants to bet in a taxi to visually grasp the operating situation of the taxi, and allowing the driver and the person who wants to get in the taxi to confirm it through a mail before the customer gets in the taxi. SOLUTION: This taxi allocating system using the Internet is provided with a terminal capable of using the Internet mounted on each taxi, an electronic notice board including a WWW server arranged at a control center for receiving the E mail address of each taxi and the position information of the vehicle and present vehicle information such as vacancy/occupancy information, and for successively displaying the present vehicle information as a home page, and the portable telephone or terminal of a user for designating the E mail address of the near vacant taxi which is displayed at the notice board through the WWW server of the control center, and for directly informing the drive of the information of the user's request for getting in the taxi through the mail, and for receiving taxi allocation information as a reply from the taxi.</p> |
